Three more held over biker shooting

Gerry Tobin was shot on the M40 in Warwickshire

Detectives investigating the fatal shooting of a Hell’s Angel biker on the M40 motorway have arrested a further three men.

Warwickshire Police detained a 44-year-old and 45-year-old in the Coventry area and a 52-year-old man was arrested in Milton Keynes early on Wednesday morning in connection with Gerry Tobin’s death.

A police spokesman said they had been taken to a police station in Warwickshire where they would be questioned on suspicion of conspiracy to commit murder.

Mr Tobin, 35, from Mottingham, south east London, was killed on August 12 as he returned from the Bulldog Bash bikers’ festival at Long Marston, near Stratford-upon-Avon.

Four other men have already been charged in connection with his death.
