Two police officers who stopped for coffee before responding to a callout have been sacked.
Thames Valley Police had been called to attend a group of men hare coursing in January, but constables Robert Ashcroft and Ataul Ahmad went for a coffee before turning up.

On two other occasions, the two officers failed to attend two other incidents, once deliberately attending a different location to avoid needing to go, the force said.
